Eligibility

To use the Services, you must register for an account ("Account"). As the Account Owner, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and ensuring its proper use. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services at our discretion.
Accounts
Accounts fall into two main categories: 1) Organizational Accounts, and 2) Individual Accounts. Organizational Accounts can link to a specific number of Individual Accounts per the access plan.
Organizational Accounts
The Account Owner is responsible for an Organizational Account and grants access to Authorized Users. The Account Owner is accountable for all Authorized User activity.
Individual Accounts
Individual Account Owners are responsible for their actions. Accepting an invitation from an Organizational Account links your Account to it, and administrators may access your data.
Permitted Uses/License
You are authorized to access and use the Services for viewing and limited copying of materials. Use the Service only for legal purposes, complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized actions may result in termination of access.
Location-based Services
Certain Services may require location functionality. Failure to enable location permissions may impact Service functionality. Location information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Sites
The Services may contain links to Third-Party Sites. We don't endorse them and assume no responsibility for their content. Use Third-Party Sites at your own risk.
Data
We have the right to collect and analyze data related to the Services for improvement and other purposes. You agree to the use of such data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The Services belong to us, and User Content belongs to the user. You grant us a license to use, reproduce, and exploit User Content. The Powerplay name, logo, and other marks are our trademarks.

Feedback
Providing Feedback grants us rights to use and exploit it. You agree that Feedback is our property.
Content-Sharing Platform
Creators share Content on the Platform, representing ownership and necessary permissions. Sharing personal information requires consent, and uploaded Content becomes non-confidential.
Losses of Stored Content
Maintain your own backup of Content. We are not liable for modification, suspension, discontinuation, or loss of Content.
Copyright Infringement

Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is," and we disclaim all warranties. Your use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to ₹5000. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Indemnify us against any Claims arising from your use.

Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions. We may assign rights under these Terms.
